- Carbs: pizza, custard tarts/buns, raisin bread, taro bread, udon, ramen, rice
- Meat: sushi (haven't found one I didn't like), pork, dark meat on chicken, salmon, duck
- Vegetables/Fruit: watermelon, mango, cucumber, carrot, tomato, lychee, longan, peaches
